MARK on 10th will offer residents and guests their own penthouse level observatory of the city skyline and mountains, and one of the largest urban gardens in the city, located on the third floor of the building.
It is one of Calgary’s newest high-rise residential, office and retail tower projects in the Beltline district, and will also include a large-scale art piece by Douglas Coupland in the residential lobby.
“We are excited to be working with one of Canada’s most acclaimed artists,” says Mohammed Esfahani, President of Qualex-Landmark, the project developer. “Coupland has a very unique view of the world, and his depiction of Calgary in this artwork is fascinating. The artistic element of the Design District makes this area of the city unique and popular. We want MARK on 10th to contribute to this uniqueness.”
In addition to its one and two bedroom homes, MARK on 10th will feature a selection of specialty retail services at street level as a complement to local amenities.
The building framework will be complete by early June, which is a key milestone. Full completion is anticipated in early 2016.
