Marriott Residences in the Beltline
The City recently received a building permit application from IBI Group for a mixed use development located at 614 10 AV SW (Beltline). The 542,285 sq feet project consists of a Marriott Hotel, Retail and a 30 storey condo tower of 303 units. The site was previously used as a parking lot and former home to Alberta Boots. Total estimated construction costs are $158 million.
